In Vietnam, monthly/quarterly Personal Income Tax (PIT) declarations and quarterly Corporate Income Tax (CIT) are just provisional declaration. Enterprises need to do the PIT and CIT finalisation at the year-end to settle the under or over tax declaration and tax payment during the year.

The deadline for 2022 PIT Finalization (for organisations) is 31 March (PIT is settled according to calendar year for all cases).

The deadline for 2022 CIT finalization is the end of the following quarter (CIT is settled according to the fiscal year).

In this webinar, we will highlight some important points that enterprises should note when doing the PIT and CIT finalisation for the year of 2022.

Speakers
