TMF Group expands its fund, payroll and A&T services in Mexico with two new acquisitions

TMF Group, a leading global provider of administrative services, including fund accounting and administration, today announced the acquisition of two companies based in Mexico: KMC Campos y Campos, S.C. and Matas Lorenzo, S.C.

Through these acquisitions, TMF Group will expand its capabilities in fund, accounting and tax, and payroll services in Mexico. Campos y Campos and Matas Lorenzo are both experts in accounting and tax, payroll and fund services.  

This strategic move will enhance TMF Mexico’s reach and delivery capacity and allow it to offer a comprehensive range of services to its clients.

These acquisitions form part of our plan to grow in Latin America and especially in Mexico where there is significant potential for both foreign investment and nearshoring opportunities. Fund services are critical for strategic alignment. We are delighted to welcome the employees from Campos y Campos and Matas Lorenzo to the TMF Group family.
